Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).

We support OEM and aftermarket programs with drawing review, prototyping, quality traceability, and repeatable production for ongoing supply.
For an accurate quotation, please share drawings (preferred), gear type, key interface dimensions (bore/spline/keyway), material requirements, target quantity, and your application basics (load/speed/duty). If you don’t have full data,you can also directly send the samples to us.
Heat treatment is selected based on torque and life targets. If you have required surface hardness and core properties, provide them; otherwise we can suggest a suitable route for quotation.
Both. For replacements, we often ask about the mating gear condition and whether you can provide the mating part for fit validation to reduce assembly risk.
Ratio, torque, speed, duty cycle, material, heat treatment targets, helix angle details, bore/spline interface, and quantity. Photos of the assembly layout help clarify constraints.
We can provide dimensional and tooth measurement evidence, hardness checks, and other records as requested. Share your documentation list early so we can plan the inspection package correctly.
