Packaging
Step 1 โ Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 โ Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 โ Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 โ Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 โ Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).

What information do you need to quote custom bevel gears quickly?
For an accurate quotation, please share drawings (preferred), gear type, key interface dimensions (bore/spline/keyway), material requirements, target quantity, and your application basics (load/speed/duty). If you donโt have full data,you can also directly send the samples to us.
Do you support prototypes and low-volume orders before mass production?
Yes. We support prototyping and small-batch runs to validate fit, meshing, and assembly performance before scaling up. MOQ depends on gear design and tooling needs, and we will suggest a cost-effective trial quantity.
How do you ensure consistent quality and traceability for custom gears?
We use controlled production processes with incoming, in-process, and final inspection. Material and process batches can be traced by lot, and records are kept for repeatability on ongoing orders and replacement programs.
What inspection reports and certificates can you provide?
Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Conformance, material mill certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and other verification documents based on your acceptance requirements and order type.
What is the lead time for custom bevel gears?
Typical lead time depends on design complexity, tooling, and heat-treatment schedule. As a reference, prototypes are often 25โ40 days, and production orders are commonly 20โ40 days. We will confirm a schedule after drawing review.
How do you handle packaging, shipping, and export documents?
We use export-ready packaging with rust protection and secure cartons or wooden cases as needed. We can ship by air, courier, or sea, and provide standard export documents such as packing list, commercial invoice, and other paperwork required by your import process.
