Milling delivers flexible, CNC-controlled cutting for prototypes and small batches.Ideal for thin-plate parts and non-standard bevel gears where tooling needs to stay agile.
Forging forms dense blanks with improved grain flow for high-load bevel gear applications.
Best for robust gear blanks that require strength before precision machining.
Powder Metallurgy makes near-net-shape gears with consistent repeatability at scale.
Great for small-module or complex geometries, cutting material waste and machining time.
Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).
Note: Please ensure the logo/design is authorized by you; if it involves any third-party brand, we will need written authorization to avoid IP risks.
Yes. We manufacture metal spiral bevel gears for ATV final drives where shock load is common. Share ratio, duty cycle, and packaging constraints so we can recommend material, heat treatment, and inspection points that match real off-road service.
Often yes. Spiral bevel gears are typically supplied as a matched pair because contact depends on mounting distance and backlash. If you provide your setup method and target contact zone, we can plan finishing and inspection to reduce noise risk.
Provide ratio, shaft angle, tooth data, mounting distance, bore interface, material, heat treatment targets, speed/torque, and quantity. Also note shock loads and lubrication type, since off-road duty often has sudden torque spikes and contamination risk.
Yes, if you specify your assembly method and target contact pattern. Contact pattern shifts with mounting distance and backlash, so sharing housing tolerances and bearing arrangement helps us control the right variables during manufacturing and inspection.
We can provide dimensional checks, runout results, tooth measurement evidence as requested, plus hardness verification when heat treated. If you need contact check notes or a specific report template for incoming QC, list that in the RFQ.
Common causes include misalignment, contamination, insufficient lubrication, or extreme shock loading. If you share failure photos and operating conditions, we can suggest practical actions on heat treatment, backlash targets, surface finish, and sealing assumptions.
