Milling delivers flexible, CNC-controlled cutting for prototypes and small batches.Ideal for thin-plate parts and non-standard bevel gears where tooling needs to stay agile.
Forging forms dense blanks with improved grain flow for high-load bevel gear applications.
Best for robust gear blanks that require strength before precision machining.
Powder Metallurgy makes near-net-shape gears with consistent repeatability at scale.
Great for small-module or complex geometries, cutting material waste and machining time.
Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).
Note: Please ensure the logo/design is authorized by you; if it involves any third-party brand, we will need written authorization to avoid IP risks.
Yes. We make spiral bevel gears for forklift axle angle drives where compact packaging is required. Provide torque peaks, duty cycle, and lubrication details so we can recommend material, heat treatment, and inspection points matched to real operating conditions.
Often yes. Spiral bevel contact depends on mounting distance and backlash, so a matched set reduces variation after assembly. If you share housing tolerance and setup method, we can plan finishing and inspection to meet your contact expectations.
Provide ratio, shaft angle, tooth data, mounting distance, bore/spline interface, material, heat treatment targets, speed/torque, and quantity. Mention start-stop frequency and shock loading, since forklifts frequently see rapid reversals and load spikes.
Yes, with your setup method and target contact zone. Contact shifts with mounting distance, backlash, and bearing support. Sharing housing stiffness and bearing arrangement helps us focus inspection on the right risks and reduces surprises during assembly.
We can provide dimensional checks, runout results, tooth measurement evidence as requested, and hardness verification if heat treated. If your incoming QC needs a specific report format or sampling plan, include it in the RFQ.
Frequent causes include contamination, lubrication breakdown, misalignment, or overload. If you share oil grade, seal approach, and failure photos, we can recommend practical actions on heat treatment, backlash targets, and surface finish to improve durability.
