Milling delivers flexible, CNC-controlled cutting for prototypes and small batches.Ideal for thin-plate parts and non-standard bevel gears where tooling needs to stay agile.
Forging forms dense blanks with improved grain flow for high-load bevel gear applications.
Best for robust gear blanks that require strength before precision machining.
Powder Metallurgy makes near-net-shape gears with consistent repeatability at scale.
Great for small-module or complex geometries, cutting material waste and machining time.
Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).
Note: Please ensure the logo/design is authorized by you; if it involves any third-party brand, we will need written authorization to avoid IP risks.
Yes. Spiral bevel gears are common in angle heads and right-angle attachments where smooth engagement matters at speed. Share spindle speed range, torque, and accuracy expectations so we can align tooth geometry control and inspection priorities.
Often yes, when datums and tolerance priorities are clear. Provide your drawing revision and acceptance points—runout, bore fit, and tooth geometry. We’ll propose a manufacturable route and inspection report that matches how you assemble and verify parts.
Provide ratio, shaft angle, mounting distance, tooth data, bore interface, target backlash, speed/torque, lubrication method, and quantity. For angle heads, also share bearing support layout, since mounting stiffness affects contact stability and vibration behavior.
Yes, matched pairs help keep tooth contact consistent after installation. If you share mounting distance control and setup method, we can plan finishing and inspection to meet your contact expectations and reduce noise risk in high-speed angle heads.
We can provide dimensional checks, runout results, tooth measurement evidence as requested, and hardness verification when heat treated. If you need a specific report template or additional checkpoints for incoming QC, include that list in your RFQ.
Vibration is often driven by contact shift from mounting variation, bearing preload, or runout. Sharing your bearing arrangement and assembly method helps. We can then recommend practical backlash targets, inspection focus, and finishing steps suited to your operating speed.
