Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:

2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).

Yes. We manufacture straight bevel gears for marine outboard engine when the design favors simpler bevel geometry. Provide speed, torque, shaft angle, and lubrication notes so we can propose heat treatment and inspection aligned to marine duty.
Yes. A sample helps, but we prefer receiving the mating gear or its drawing as well. That improves confidence in mesh fit and backlash intent, reducing the risk of noise or early wear after installation in the lower unit.
Provide ratio, shaft angle, tooth data, face width, bore interface, material, heat treatment targets, and quantity. Also include corrosion exposure assumptions, sealing approach, and oil type, since marine environment risks often drive packaging and inspection choices.
We can recommend surface protection and packaging based on storage duration and humidity. Confirm whether the gear runs in a sealed oil bath and how water ingress is prevented. That information helps us propose realistic measures without over-promising.
We can provide dimension checks, runout results, and tooth measurement evidence as requested, plus hardness records when heat treated. If you need additional checks or a report format for incoming QC, list it in your RFQ.
Water ingress, incorrect lubrication, contamination, or setup variation are common. Share seal details, oil grade, operating temperature, and any failure photos. We can suggest practical backlash targets and inspection focus to reduce noise and wear.
