Planing provides flexible profile cutting for prototypes and small batches.Fast setup, efficient for non-standard features before heat treatment.
Ginding delivers tight tolerances and superior surface finish on critical fits.Supports ID/OD, gear/spline, thread, jig, and surface grinding as needed.
Lapping fine-tunes bevel gear contact pattern to improve smoothness and load distribution.
It helps reduce local stress and supports more consistent meshing in real assemblies.
Milling delivers flexible, CNC-controlled cutting for prototypes and small batches.
Ideal for thin-plate parts and non-standard bevel gears where tooling needs to stay agile.
Forging forms dense blanks with improved grain flow for high-load bevel gear applications.
Best for robust gear blanks that require strength before precision machining.
Powder Metallurgy makes near-net-shape gears with consistent repeatability at scale.
Great for small-module or complex geometries, cutting material waste and machining time.
Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).
Note: Please ensure the logo/design is authorized by you; if it involves any third-party brand, we will need written authorization to avoid IP risks.
Yes. Straight bevel gears are common in compact power tool angle heads where size and durability matter. Share speed, torque, and duty cycle so we can recommend material, heat treatment, and inspection priorities.
Both are possible. A drawing is fastest, but a sample with clear photos of the assembly helps confirm interface fit and gear orientation. If you can provide the mating gear, it helps avoid mesh mismatch and chipping risk.
Provide module/DP, tooth count, face width, bore interface, shaft angle, speed/torque, duty cycle, material, heat treatment target, and quantity. Mention impact events or stall conditions, since they influence tooth strength requirements.
Heat treatment depends on wear target and impact loads. If you have surface hardness and core requirements, include them. If not, we’ll recommend a practical option for quotation based on your speed, load, and expected service life.
We can provide key dimensional checks, runout results, and tooth measurement evidence as requested, plus hardness verification for heat-treated gears. If your QC has specific checkpoints, list them so our report matches your incoming inspection flow.
Shock loads, misalignment, and insufficient lubrication are common. Share your assembly method, grease type, and failure photos. We can suggest realistic backlash targets, material choices, and inspection focus to reduce chipping and noise complaints.
