Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).

Straight bevel gears are commonly used in right-angle drive layouts for conveyors where the speed is moderate and the design favors simple geometry and serviceability.
Confirm both. For a right-angle drive, specify shaft angle (often 90°) and ratio, then share center/mounting distance and your backlash preference. This avoids wrong gear family selection.
Yes. We can supply a matched gear pair (gear and pinion) to help keep contact stable during installation, especially when the housing position tolerance is not very tight.
Provide input speed, output torque, duty cycle, shock load presence, and lubrication type. Conveyors often see start/stop load spikes, which matters for material choice and heat treatment.
Yes. We can machine keyways, splines, and custom bores. Please include the shaft interface drawing to avoid tolerance mismatch in the hub.
Typical checks include tooth geometry verification, runout, and basic functional checks. If you need tooth contact pattern targets or specific report formats, note that in the RFQ so we can align the inspection plan.
