Packaging
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).

A crown gear (also called a face gear) is a bevel-gear form with a 90-degree pitch cone angle and teeth projecting at right angles to the face.

Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Conformance, material mill certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and other verification documents based on your acceptance requirements and order type.
What is the lead time for custom bevel gears?
Typical lead time depends on design complexity, tooling, and heat-treatment schedule. As a reference, prototypes are often 25–40 days, and production orders are commonly 20–40 days. We will confirm a schedule after drawing review.
How do you handle packaging, shipping, and export documents?
We use export-ready packaging with rust protection and secure cartons or wooden cases as needed. We can ship by air, courier, or sea, and provide standard export documents such as packing list, commercial invoice, and other paperwork required by your import process.
