Extensive inventory of broaches in various sizes and shapes, making us the ideal choice for urgent order.
These services include ID/OD, gear or spline, thread, jig or surface grinding.
With over 10,000 hobs in stock, we likely already have the tooling available for your custom order.
Especially well suited for operations requiring high accuarracy and low-count quick-turnaround part runs.
Producing for small batches, thin-plate gears (typically <20mm), non-standard gears.
Shaping capacities range from 0 to 40″ diameter, and pitches from 1 to 1000.
Constructed with a heavy-duty frame for stability and often features automated loading systems.
4th axis capabilities, hold tolerances within .0002″ linear and 10 arc second rotary repeatability.
Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).
Note: Please ensure the logo/design is authorized by you; if it involves any third-party brand, we will need written authorization to avoid IP risks.
Both work. A drawing is fastest, but a good sample plus photos of the assembly often helps confirm tooth form and fit. If possible, send the mating gear to reduce risk of noise or premature wear.
Include module/DP, tooth count, pressure angle if known, face width, bore and keyway/spline details, material requirement, heat treatment target, quantity, and operating torque. Mention start-stop frequency and shock loads for correct process planning.
It depends on load and life expectations. Many forklift gears use alloy steel with a heat treatment chosen around wear and tooth strength. If you have hardness targets, share them; otherwise we’ll recommend a realistic option for quotation.
We can provide dimensional checks, runout results, and tooth measurement evidence as requested. For heat-treated gears, hardness verification can be included. If your incoming QC has a checklist, send it so we match your acceptance points.
Common causes are misalignment, inadequate lubrication, contamination, or overload during frequent starts and stops. If you share failure photos and basic operating data, we can suggest improvements in backlash target, heat treatment, and surface finish.
