Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:

Step 1 โ Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 โ Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 โ Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 โ Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 โ Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).

Yes. We support prototyping and small-batch runs to validate fit, meshing, and assembly performance before scaling up. MOQ depends on gear design and tooling needs, and we will suggest a cost-effective trial quantity.
We use controlled production processes with incoming, in-process, and final inspection. Material and process batches can be traced by lot, and records are kept for repeatability on ongoing orders and replacement programs.
Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Conformance, material mill certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and other verification documents based on your acceptance requirements and order type.
Typical lead time depends on design complexity, tooling, and heat-treatment schedule. As a reference, prototypes are often 25โ40 days, and production orders are commonly 20โ40 days. We will confirm a schedule after drawing review.
We use export-ready packaging with rust protection and secure cartons or wooden cases as needed. We can ship by air, courier, or sea, and provide standard export documents such as packing list, commercial invoice, and other paperwork required by your import process.
