Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:

2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report

Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).

Yes. Send your latest drawing and tolerance priorities. We will highlight critical items that drive cost or lead time, such as tight runout datums or interface fits, and suggest practical adjustments without changing functional intent.
Module/DP, tooth count, helix angle, face width, pressure angle if known, bore/spline details, target backlash, speed/torque, lubrication method, and quantity. For servo systems, mention acceleration profiles because they affect tooth loading.
Heat treatment depends on wear target and duty cycle. If you have surface hardness and core requirements, provide them. If not, we can propose a suitable route for quotation based on your speed, load, and expected service life.
We can provide dimensional and tooth measurement evidence, hardness checks, and other records as requested. Share your documentation list early so we can plan the inspection package correctly.
Wear control is usually about correct material pairing, heat treatment, surface finish, and lubrication. Tell us oil type, operating temperature, and contamination risk. With that, we can recommend a realistic finish and inspection focus for your application.
