Milling delivers flexible, CNC-controlled cutting for prototypes and small batches.Ideal for thin-plate parts and non-standard bevel gears where tooling needs to stay agile.
Forging forms dense blanks with improved grain flow for high-load bevel gear applications.
Best for robust gear blanks that require strength before precision machining.
Powder Metallurgy makes near-net-shape gears with consistent repeatability at scale.
Great for small-module or complex geometries, cutting material waste and machining time.
Prior to every shipment, we conduct the following tests and provide complete quality reports for these gears.:
1. Bubble drawing
2. Dimension measurement report
3. Material certification report
4. Heat treatment testing report
5. Accuracy measurement report
Step 1 – Anti-rust: We wrap each gear with VCI anti-corrosion paper / bag to protect it from rust during shipping.
Step 2 – Inner protection: The wrapped parts are placed properly to avoid scratches and impact.
Step 3 – Carton packing: Then we pack them into strong export cartons (logo printing is available).
Step 4 – Crate & pallet: Cartons are loaded into a reinforced plywood crate with partitions, and fixed on a pallet.
Step 5 – Secure & label: The crate is sealed, strapped, and labeled, ready for sea/air shipment.
We can also provide custom printed color boxes and logo customization (carton, color box, crate marking, labels).
Note: Please ensure the logo/design is authorized by you; if it involves any third-party brand, we will need written authorization to avoid IP risks.
Yes, when an offset layout is needed. A hypoid gear set can fit compact reducers, but it requires careful setup and lubrication. Share ratio, offset, and mounting distance so we can align contact control and inspection planning.
Yes, we often supply a matched gear set because contact depends on pairing and setup. Providing both members reduces installation variation. If you share housing constraints and backlash target, we can propose a safer manufacturing and inspection route.
Provide ratio, offset, shaft angle, mounting distance, tooth data, speed/torque, duty cycle, lubrication method, and temperature range. Also list your inspection requirements, such as runout limits or tooth measurement evidence, to match acceptance criteria.
Heat treatment depends on wear and tooth strength targets. If you specify surface hardness and core requirements, we can quote precisely. If not, we will recommend a practical route based on your reducer load profile and lubrication conditions.
We can provide key dimensional checks, runout results, tooth measurement evidence as requested, and hardness verification for heat-treated gears. If you need contact check notes, tell us your setup method and target so we can align reporting.
Overheating is often linked to wrong lubrication, poor contact setup, or excessive preload. Share oil grade, operating temperature, and mounting stiffness assumptions. With that, we can recommend realistic backlash targets and finishing choices to control friction and wear.

The page gives a clear direction for this type of application. For reducer manufacturers, that makes it easier to judge whether the gear set is worth discussing further.
